I too made the same mistake, but now i am all good. I would recommend you to try troubleshooting: Select Command Prompt Admin c. It would troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files and repairs them. Touch the right edge of your screen and slide your finger to the center of the screen to show the Charms bar.
